Latest security research shows that special characters and numbers don’t improve password security. It’s more important to have a passphrase that is unique and random.

Passphrases are long, but they are actually easier to remember and easier to type. Try to imagine an strange image or a silly story to help you remember one of these passphrases. If you don’t need five random words, go ahead and select just three or four.
